MOPS International, or Mothers of Preschoolers is for YOU. We learn about becoming better women and mothers. We eat breakfast, talk, make a craft, and discuss issues of young motherhood in small groups. All women are welcome regardless of religious beliefs, age, race, or economic or marital status. The only requirement is having children age birth-kindergarten. During meetings, MOPPETS is the program for the children. Volunteers care for the children while moms get a much-needed break! We are a non-profit weight support group that encourages daily awareness of food and drink in accordance with an individual weight chart. We meet weekly. TOPS, "take off pounds sensibly" is non-profit and is an International organization. The fees are $14.00 a month, thus making it possible for most people to afford the meetings. There is a $20.00 annual membership fee. TOPS is a very successful program and really cares to help you lose weight and reach your goals.
