| Pine Knob 7777 Pine Knob - Clarkston MI 48348 - (248) 625-0800 Pine Knob skiers expect great ski conditions and there is good reason for their expectations. Pine Knob makes lots of great snow each season with their fleet of TOPGUN snowmakers. The TOPGUN snowmachine is designed to make snow at marginal early season temperatures. Efficient snowmaking at moderate temperatures is not an easy task but the TOPGUN makes our skiers believe it is. TOPGUN snowmakers do a great job when the temperatures go down. At peak performance, 18 degrees or lower, the TOPGUN turns 100 gallons of water into snow each minute. This kind of snowmaking capacity means Pine Knob will open early, recover from midwinter thaws quickly and stay open late into the season for great spring skiing. | |||||||
