The horticulture/agriculture program assists residents and businesses with concerns regarding landscaping, gardening, pest management and soil productivity. Linkages to assist traditional agriculture producers are also available. A variety of services, including diagnostics and educational programs are available based on the needs of the client. |

| Lake Orion Horseshoe Club

The Lake Orion Horseshoe Club (LOHC) promotes the recreational sport of horseshoe pitching and has served the community for over 40 years.
Organized leagues play on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 from May to August. Play is singles competition and is handicapped for fairness. The cost is $35 for the season or $5 per night.

GAP stands for Guided Afterschool Programs. GAP was created to provide positive afterschool leisure and recreation activities. The goal is to provide something for every student and to help fill the "gap" between afterschool and home. Beginning in the 2010-2011 school year, the GAP has joined the Community Education Services Enrichment Division. |

The trail follows Paint Creek as it meanders through fields, woodlands, hills and marshes. You can enjoy a quiet look at nature and scenic open space along the trail.
The trail is built on a smooth and gentle grade of former railroad. It is a place for traveling without motors, away from busy roads. |
